• Goal setting- realistic short- and long-term goals to achieve
• Treatment plan (shared decision) -discussing what treatment options, how many treatment sessions you may need, dos and Don’ts, MRI scan or Xray needed or now, when can patient return back to work or sports or hobbies etc.

Follow up treatment session

• Pre assessment before treatment
• Treatment includes hand on manual therapy techniques
• Post treatment assessment and advise + goal setting.
